负责人披露辽宁舰动力恢复艰难历程15位设计师献身航母中共黑龙江省委《奋斗》杂志社日前发表了“辽宁舰”动

  中共黑龙江省委《奋斗》杂志社日前发表了“辽宁舰”动力系统技术负责人、中国船舶重工集团公司第703研究所所长助理陈明的文章,详细介绍了“辽宁舰”动力系统恢复的历程。

  陈明在文章中透露,2004年3月,他作为锅炉研究室主任,和703所的几名技术人员一同被派往大连考察军船,即未来的“辽宁舰”。陈明发现,军船的主锅炉除本体外,燃烧系统、控制系统、辅机辅件、阀门仪表等全部缺失。

  回到所里后,陈明和技术专家骨干一起,通过研究论证,于5月完成了动力系统修复方案的可行性报告。6月,报告经国防科工局审查后通过。中央军委还曾要求703所签署了一份关于动力系统要保质保量完成任务的军令状。

  陈明在文章中说,这是我国第一次接触增压锅炉,无图纸、无计算书、无资料,只能利用现有条件,发挥主观能动性,由实物开始反推,做反设计。所里组成攻关小组,所长亲任组长,对项目进行攻关,大家经常在炎热的夏夜里彻夜不眠进行讨论。

  系泊试验也并非一帆风顺,某台汽轮机主进汽阀在蒸汽吹管的时候正常,低负荷时也正常,在做高负荷试验时,锅炉侧压力表突然快速升高,表压近临界值,报警器响了起来。经过研究,是汽轮机主进气阀故障,因为放置太久,阀瓣在高温高压下犯卡。经过一个月的拆解、重修,换了新阀瓣,问题得到了解决。
