If you decide you are not fully satisfied with your product(s), you may return your merchandise within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund. Item(s) must be in their original condition, tag(s) attached and returned in original packaging. Please include the return invoice completed. If item(s) is/are received without tag(s) and/or have been worn, exchange will only apply. Exchange credit will apply toward other products for merchandise total of original item(s) purchased. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please send an email to info@luv2lounge.com or call 949.600.5720 and state your item(s) that you are returning and reason for return. You will receive a confirmation about the return. If you are interested in the same item in a different size, you will be notified during the receipt of that email or phone call if that item(s) is available. Then please send return merchandise to:


You are responsible for return postage. It is recommended that you use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
